2015 Engine Maintenance Workshop

On Sunday, February 22, the Engine Maintenance Class held a hands on workshop at the home of Garry Pepin. Led by the course instructors Ron Sagesar and Garry Pepin, the class was able to see, first hand ,the workings and maintenance related issues we are studying in the course. In Garry's workshop he had a running  6 cylinder engine block where we could view the pistons working. We also had a working stern drive engine with the rear lower unit apart to see the inner workings of that unit.  An outboard motor was the third different engine to view. 

It was very informative and everyone were to see different parts and systems of 3 engines.
